NAWE Conference 2018, York  

The 2018 Conference highlighted the culmination of the Paper Nations project, reported extensively within Writing in Education No. 76. We were delighted to feature a special presentation session on the Paper Nations benchmark, and to celebrate Creative Writing in Schools with partners from across the country. 

Guest speakers were Stuart Maconie and Jean Sprackland. Special events included a book launch of Michael Loveday's novella-in-flash, Edgelands, and introduced emerging writers Caleb Parkin, Meryl Pugh, Keith Jarrett and Jennifer Steil.
