Write4Children
Write4Children is an online, peer-reviewed journal which comes out of the Creative Writing Research Cluster in the Faculty of Arts at the University.
The latest edition of Write4Children (Volume 3 Issue 1) is now available online at www.Write4Children.org.

This edition is a special Australasian one, edited by Dr Anthony Eaton of the University of Canberra. Once again there is a delightfully eclectic mix of articles and forthcoming books. All of which are informative and challenging.

We hope you enjoy our first special edition and hope that this will be the first of many. If you are interested in editing a special edition contact us on write4children@winchester.ac.uk. There is also an ongoing CFPs, the next edition is due on the 1 April 2012

Write4Children seeks to provide an international forum for peer reviewed research papers and debates about writing for children and children’s literature. Containing articles and discussions which are designed to:

provide an international forum for high quality academic and pedagogic research into writing for children and children’s literature
promote best practice and academic research in advancing international debates on writing for children and children’s literature
stimulate debate in peer reviewed articles and discussions on controversial issues in writing for children and children’s literature: such as, such as, race, class, gender, sexuality, drug culture, sex, multiculturalism and education

DISCUSSION PAPERS should be between 1000 and 3000 words in length. 

ARTICLES should be between 2000 and 5000 words in length, accompanied by an abstract of not more than 100 words, and six keywords for indexing purposes.

REVIEWS should be no more than 1000 words, emailed to write4children@winchester.ac.uk

The deadlines are 1st February for the April Volumes and 1st September for the November Volumes.
