Publishing Experience - Literary Agent I worked in publishing from 1993 as a literary agent with Serafina Clarke Literary Agency in London representing a range of fiction and non-fiction clients including journalist Rosie Millard, artist/writer Richard Taylor, Historian and broadcaster Felipe Fernandez Armesto and Journalist and writer Dr Sarah Brewer amongst many others. Negotiated and wrote publishing contracts, multimedia and film/tv options as well as helping to develop formats/ideas and assist with editing. Worked closely with Pippa Dyson, freelance TV and Film Agent. After leaving London I ran my own agency part time until 2007. I also worked as a freelance contract executive for clients including Scholastic and Plantagenet Press in London.
Cornwall Film Festival Trustee Since 2014 to the present day I have been involved as a trustee including a stint as Company Secretary at the Cornwall Film Festival, including revising our Articles of Association and keeping up to date with current legislative changes in charities and company law.
