As the Government engages in a Curriculum and Assessment Review (CAR), Carrie Etter, a member of NAWE's HE committee, has launched a social media campaign to reform the Creative Writing A-Level.
The Creative Writing A-Level was a qualification that not only prepared students for the subject at University, but also developed the valuable transferable skills of accurate and persuasive writing, creativity, self-reflexive criticism, close and broad reading, team work and presentation skills. As we know these skills benefit students' self -awareness, self-expression and articulation, and are valued highly by employers and HE institutions alike.
See Carrie's social media postings and join her campaign by signing the online form in support of the return of the A-Level.
