I help 'self-doubters' locate and trust their true transmission, and midwife it into the world.
Through paying keen attention, exploring the resistance, and unfolding cues from your subconscious; I can help you untangle any contradictory feelings - and lay a path towards a fuller, more congruent way of showing-up in your practice.
A session with me might begin with the question 'Why do I keep procrastinating on my deadline?', and with gentle care we might catch and disentangle the opposing voices which both want, and fear, the result. Giving these parts a safe place to be heard can be transformational in understanding your own real needs and desires in regard to what you're trying to achieve.
I am a published poet; performer; producer; and theatre-maker of many years - turned professional mentor. I'm dedicated to lifting-up other people's authentic voice and enabling fulfilled creative lives. I offer individual sessions, year courses, retreats and workshops on all manner of themes; including poetry and activism, wilderness quest for writers, & writing/speaking from your soul kernel.
