The Writer-in-Residence is a part-time appointment funded jointly by Creative Scotland, Glasgow University College of Arts and The Glasgow School of Art
To work on a project in hand, or a new project, in writing in any genre or related artistic production, while keeping regular office hours to be available to any of the staff or student body wishing to consult regarding their own writing or related activity of artistic production.
The Writer-in-Residence is a part-time appointment funded jointly by Creative Scotland, (1/2), Glasgow University College of Arts (1/4) and The Glasgow School of Art (1/4). The appointee is required to be present at each of the two host institutions for one day every working week (or equivalent) during the period of tenure, to be available to students and staff who may wish to consult them about writing or seek their advice about forms of artistic production in which they are engaged, according to the skills and expertise of the appointee.
