Lecturer in Creative Writing, University of Brighton

This is an opportunity for a Lecturer (teaching and research focused) in Creative Writing to join a team with an established reputation in prose fiction, publishing, poetry, performance, wellbeing and creative writing pedagogy.
A PhD in Creative Writing, or any allied disciplines (completed or near completion) is essential, as well as up-to-date knowledge of debates in creative writing including decolonising authorship, eco-writing, creative enterprise and writing for publication.
In addition, you will have experience of teaching on a variety of core curriculum areas across our undergraduate and postgraduate courses and a publication record in creative writing.
This post is fixed-term for 12 months and has a full-time equivalent of 0.7. Job sharers are welcome to apply and the start date would be as soon as mutually agreeable from 1st September 2022.
