Writing East Midlands is recruiting for a Programme Manager and Project Assistant for Beyond The Spectrum, a three-year UK-wide creative programme, led by professional Autistic writers.
Beyond The Spectrum helps Autistic adults and young people produce live events, festivals, writing collections, podcasts, films, and role-playing game scripts. Participants meet online and in person to create new work and make social connections to make a creative writing network for Autistic people across the country.
Beyond The Spectrum Programme Manager
Contract: Three years fixed term
Salary: £27,000 p.a. pro rata (0.6 fte)
Location: This a hybrid role with at least 1 day a week at the WEM Office in Nottingham, plus travel elsewhere as required.

Salary: £21,000 p.a. pro rata (0.6fte)
