The closing date is the last day of every month and it's free to enter. The subject line in your email should state "Creative Writing Ink Competition" and please paste your short story or poem into the body of the email, as we do not accept attachments. 

We accept short stories or poetry. Word limit; 3,000 words. Entries should be in English and we accept submissions from writers around the world. You can submit one entry every month and you can resubmit your work every month.

We do not accept previously published material. One overall winner will be selected every month and the winner's details will be posted on our website and our email newsletter. You will retain copyright over your material.

The winners will be published in our e-journal (with your permission). Prize: Gift voucher. (Voucher type varies from month to month, can include writing course and holiday vouchers) Usual voucher value - €150 Writing Prompts Competition
