BlueCat Screenplay Competition 2023

BlueCat is now accepting submissions for its 2023 Screenplay Competition for feature screenplays, tv pilots and short film scripts. Cash awards and a special cash prize for the best screenplay written by a screenwriter outside the US.
For 25 years, BlueCat has sought to discover and develop the storyteller. When you submit to BlueCat, you’re guaranteed a complete read of your script, as we provide a written analysis of your submission at no extra fee.
Our Winners and Finalists often find valuable connections within the industry, which help them begin professional careers.
In addition, our cash awards total $18,500 and we have a special cash prize for the top screenplay written by a screenwriter outside the US!
Scripts entered by our next deadline, September 18th, will receive their written analysis by October 25th.
