Featuring ecopoet Dr Helen Moore & novelist Dr Harry Whitehead, plus Earth Bards open mic. Writing the Earth is an annual celebration of creativity that explores environmental issues. It takes place on Earth Day, 22nd April 2025.
Every year, on and around Earth Day, a programme of events is created comprising author talks, readings, workshops, book launches, and open mics. These take place online and on campus at Arts University Bournemouth, and are convened by Dr Kevan Manwaring, Course Leader, MA Creative Writing.
