Write What You Know: Setting & Place
Fri 28 Mar 2025 to Fri 28 Mar 2025
A one-hour online Zoom workshop exploring how to create vivid, realistic settings in your fiction (and/or bring real-life locations to life in your non-fiction!).

Using a range of ‘Write What You Know’ techniques and prompts, this generative workshop will encourage you to draw from your sensory experiences, your memories, and your unique perception of the world to transform into imaginary places.

Learn how to write about places you know, places you’ve never been to, and places that are entirely made up…

The workshop will be recorded for those who can’t make it live.

Date: Friday 28th March 2025, 7.30-8.30pm GMT
Location: Online (Zoom)
Cost: Pay as you feel, starting at £5
