Residential creative writing /mindfulness/ coaching retreat in Fife, Scotland with Audrey Birt and Helen Boden.

Following the success of previous retreats, we are offering a long weekend retreat to provide a nurturing space where participants can:
* Recognise and understand what matters to them
* Explore ways to embody these values in their life and work
* Deepen self-awareness and focus
* Experiment with creative techniques for expression
* Replenish and re-charge

Activities will include: Creative writing / Mindfulness / Group coaching / One to one coaching offered with each facilitator. Previous experience or interest in one or more of these areas would be an advantage but is definitely not essential.

Aimed at people who want to explore their values for professional or personal reasons e.g. practitioners in the creative sector, those who support and care for others in their work and life, people with an interest in writing, mindfulness, coaching or related areas.
