Positivity In Practice

A day exploring inclusivity, sensitivity, trauma and creative celebration in primary schools. Free to all creative facilitators, arts education managers and teachers. The day includes panel discussion, a live presentation to a primary school class, inclusivity workshop session, and networking opportunities.
Positivity in Practice is a year-long project funded by Arts Council England exploring the child developmental impact of creativity in the classroom, and developing a networking/toolkit website for artists/organisations nurturing the wellbeing of school-aged children.
Hosted by: Steve Tasane, an award-winning poet, novelist and playwright with over 20 years’ experience of delivering creative workshops in primary and secondary schools for organisations including The Poetry Society, Apples and Snakes and Arvon Foundation.
