Our next online NAWE Members Meet-Up on Wednesday 15 January 2025 will be a chance to share updates on our writing work and to find out what other NAWE Members are up to. We'll be focusing on work in museums and galleries in the second half of the session.
While we will cover all aspects of creative writing work, the last 30 minutes will focus on a specific area. This month we'll be discussing working as a writer in museums and galleries. If you have experience of working in museums and galleries, or are interested in doing so, please do come along and share your thoughts.
The session will be hosted by NAWE Co-Chair Jonathan Davidson alongside NAWE member Claire Collison.
Writer, visual artist and educator, Claire Collison specialises in designing engagement for museums and art galleries, and currently produces resources for the Government Art Collection. Claire was the first MaxLiteracy Writer at Kettle’s Yard, and is the MaxLiteracy Awards programme coordinator for NAWE. She runs Writing From Art workshops, and teaches at City Lit. clairecollison.com
