A full weekend of creative writing courses on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th July at Margate Adult Education Centre. It’s a great way to get creating, learn from inspiring authors and meet new friends, right in the heart of the town - and enjoy the infamous Bookie Slam! There's everything from comedy to wellbeing, poetry to place, and more.

1pm - World Building with Justin Brown
2.30pm - Finding Melody with Connor Sansby
4pm - Finding the Funny with Dale Shaw
7.30pm – The Bookie Slam featuring Neelam Saredia-Brayley!
Sunday 28 July 2019
1pm - Creativity Through Journalling with Julie Pratt
2.30pm - Writing for Wellbeing with Francesca Baker
4pm - Knowing Your Place with Iain Aitch
All workshops take place at Margate Adult Education Centre, 1-3 Hawley Square, Margate, Kent, CT9 1PF.
The Bookie Slam takes place at Elsewhere, 21-22 The Centre, Margate, Kent, CT9 1RL.
Tickets are only £5 per workshop, or £25 for the whole weekend plus the slam.
