This one day workshop offers the opportunity to work with two creative approaches. In both family constellations and creative writing for therapeutic purposes you are invited to go deeply into your embodied experiences and to follow these into movements and words. Both offer ways of experiencing and expressing a deeper level of meaning that goes beyond our familiar stories about ourselves. The workshop will provide a safe space in which to experiment with words and movements in response to poems, other written texts, constellations and rituals.
