Creative Deep Winter – online creativity workshop with writer and textile artist Heather Richardson

Late January feels like the perfect time for deep creative exploration. Even though midwinter will have passed, and the days will slowly be getting longer, it can still feel like a time of hibernation and retreating into ourselves. Spring can seem very far away.
This two-hour online workshop is an opportunity for you to explore your own creative response to deep winter. It will incorporate creative writing and visual art activities, and give you time to write, draw and reflect. You’ll take inspiration from poetry, fiction and art about winter.
The workshop is suitable for all levels of experience, from absolute beginners to seasoned writers and artists. All you need is paper, a pen and some colouring pencils.
