No Parties Magazine: Call for submissions for first issue

No Parties is a new online literary magazine, seeking non-fiction essays and reviews as well as micro and short fiction, publishing twice yearly. The theme of the first issue is work, in all its elements and guises.
We are open to submissions from anyone of all backgrounds, nationalities, and identities, from anywhere in the world.
We are seeking submissions in the following categories:
Micro fiction >100 words
Postcard fiction >500 words
Flash fiction >1000 words
Short story >5000 words
Non-fiction essay or review >6000 words
The magazine is currently unfunded and therefore we cannot offer payment to authors at this point.
