Edinburgh Young Adult Novel Award 2025

Entries of novels/graphic novels suitable for readers age 12 and older are invited from writers and illustrators worldwide. All genres welcome -comedy, romance, drama, horror, queer, realist, speculative fiction and more. £1,500 first prize.
All longlisted entries reviewed by LBA Literary Agency. Incomplete novels/graphic novels accepted.
Entry fee: £15. Bursaries for free entry available for talented under-represented writers – bursary applications close 10 December 2024.
