Bristol Short Story Prize

Stories of up to 4000 words are invited for this year's Bristol Short Story Prize judged by prize-winning novelists Jan Carson and Peace Adzo Medie and Wolf Literary agent Kate Johnson.
1st Prize: £1000
2nd Prize: £500
3rd Prize: £250
Remaining shortlistees (12): £50
All 15 shortlisted entries will be published in our print anthology and receive a free copy.
Entry fee: £12; up to 50 low-income entries are available each month, with 100 in the final month. Entry online is recommended.
