The Scheme
Deadline: Tue 18 Apr 2017
We are excited to announce that Penguin Random House’s entry-level recruitment programme, The Scheme, is back for 2017

How far can you make a story travel?

That’s what a career in publicity is about: creating moments in the media that will capture people’s attention. Creating content that people will read, watch, listen to and share – through conversation, social media, or even a meme.

If you can find new ways for others to tell their story, you could be joining us as a publicist in the making. You’ll be reaching new readers with the stories, ideas and writing that matter most.

And at Penguin Random House, we think we’ve got some exciting stories worth talking about.

The Scheme is about finding potential in people. It’s about convincing new voices who may not have thought about working in book publishing to think again.

Voices like yours.

Joining us in September 2017, you could be on a 13 month programme to become our publicist of tomorrow.
