The Department of Culture and Creative Arts offers single honours degrees in Drama in the Community, English Literature, Theology and Ethics in Society and Heritage Studies. In addition, there are a number of pathways leading to joint and major/minor exit awards in the Arts and Humanities.

We are looking for an inspirational candidate to lead and develop the Department and work collaboratively with the rest of the senior management team to further develop and deliver the recruitment, quality, marketing and income generation strategies of the School. The successful candidate will have specialist subject expertise in an area relevant to the department portfolio and have exemplary skills in the teaching and facilitation of learning.

You will be able to evidence successful teaching leadership and management skills in an HE environment.

A Doctorate and evidence of research activity in a relevant area is essential.
