We are seeking an inspirational and experienced individual to lead the delivery of Curious Minds’ arts, cultural and creative programmes, including our role as the North West Bridge Organisation for Arts Council England. 

Our ideal Director of Programmes will come to us having had a foot in the door of both the arts and education worlds; with a strong track-record of leading high profile arts or education initiatives working to achieve strategic objectives. They will have exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills and high level experience of brokering and developing partnerships across a range of sectors.

They will be a strategic thinker with a sound knowledge of the cultural and education sectors; and will be committed to providing children and young people with the opportunities they need to fulfil their artistic and creative potential.

This presents an amazing opportunity for the right person to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in helping to shape both the future of Curious Minds and cultural education for children and young people across the North West of England.
